Montana 2020 Election Canvass Report
Montana Election Integrity Project led a grassroots effort of more than 150 volunteers. They canvassed six Montana counties to ask questions about the Montana 2020 General Election in which 612,075 votes were cast. The counties canvassed were Carbon, Flathead, Lewis & Clark, Missoula, Ravalli, and Yellowstone. Of the 4,347 voters for whom the canvassers obtained information, we found 1,138 voters who cast votes which are considered to be invalid. This is 26.2% of the voters canvassed. Extrapolated across the whole state of Montana this represents 120,261 invalid votes !

Montana #4 in Nation per capita for CTCL Funds Received
Large sums of Mark Zuckerberg's money infiltrated 28 of 56 Montana counties in the November 2020 election. According to an official 990 tax return from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), Montana took a total of $2.5 million from the Zuckerberg-funded non-profit. In the months leading up to the 2020 election, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife donated a total of $350 million to CTCL. Then, in turn, CTCL channeled those funds in the form of grants to various jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Our citizen Canvass Report estimates 120,261 invalid votes were certified in the 2020 election. At least 196,370 voter registrations are invalid. Montana voting software was linked to a Chinese data link arrest. Konnech distributes and sells its proprietary election software and has had at least one contract with the State of Montana since 2010. A River of Doubt Runs Through Montana
Did you know that 6.33% of ballots cast in Missoula in the 2020 General election lacked matching signature envelopes? During a 2021 citizen-led count of affirmation envelopes, county elections officials provided a citizen group in Missoula with 31 boxes of envelopes for the 2020 Election, then during a follow-up count led my the central committee chair, the county produced 33 boxes of envelopes. In addition, election experts estimated in 2021 that we had more than 46,000 excess votes statewide! What is going on at our county election offices?!

Montana Election Concerns Report
The election results provided by the ES&S machines are not credible. Contractually locked source code prevents citizens, election officials, county commissioners, and those charged with certifying the elections from seeing how the votes are tabulated. using historic voting trends and population changes, estimated that Montana had between 46,000 and 70,000 excess votes certified in the 2020 election, including 6,000 in Missoula County alone according to data experts. 3 Interesting Facts About Secretaries of State and State Election Directors
In August 2021, 48 of the 50 members of NASS, including our Montana Secretary of State, voted to approve recommendations for post-election audits “to promote a greater public understanding of the processes, procedures, and necessary elements for successful audits.” These recommendations appear to restrict the type of audit that was conducted in Maricopa County and put more control in the hands of the government.

MACo and MT Assn Clerks & Recorders Lobby Against Citizens
The Montana Association of Clerks and Recorders lobbied Governor Bullock along with the Montana Association of Counties to issue the unconstitutional emergency order allowing for counties to conduct mail-in voting. Those associations also lobbied to defeat SB335 which would have been a companion bill to eliminate outside money being used to influence Montana elections.
