YOU can help save our state and return our elections to county control. Here’s how:
Get the official 2020 Election Certification document from your county clerk and recorder. Then, ask your County Commissioners to remove their names from all certification documents if invalid votes were certified.
No. 1
No. 2
Demand your county stop using all election machines and tabulators. Then, return to hand counting paper ballots, on election day submitted by people in person.
No. 3
Demand the Secretary of State & the State Election Director
Resign from the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) again because both of those organizations accept money from ES&S and Facebook, creating a conflict of interest in overseeing elections.
No. 4
Inform your sheriff that a crime was committed in your county through the illegal acceptance of funds from Mark Zuckerberg through CTCL, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (MCA 13-1-302).
The highly partisan organization has impacted the Montana election infrastructure with its funding, online training and free newsletter. Attorney General Austin Knutsen, has confirmed that acceptance of those funds is illegal. If the sheriff and county attorney refuse to prosecute this crime, ask them for clarification about why crimes committed by citizens are prosecuted, while crimes committed by government officials are not. Ask your clerk to cancel the free monthly newsletter from CTCL, and refuse to participate in the training programs offered by CTCL through the Secretary of State’s recommendation.
No. 5
Eliminate mail-in ballots, and drop boxes in Montana.
Require voter registration in person at the county election offices. Require government-issued voter identification.
No. 6
No. 7
Return control of the voter registration files from the state to the county.
No. 8
All minutes and financial records of county associations be posted on the county website.
Citizens should attend the meetings of the Montana Association of Clerks and Recorders, and the Montana Association of Counties, and demand that all minutes and financial records of both organizations be posted on the county website for the public to see.
No. 9
Public access to detailed list of people who voted.
When the county posts the election results of any election, including the November 8, 2022, demand that the county simultaneously provide a detailed list of those who voted, including the voter ID and other information normally provided in the voter registration lists. If changes are made to that list before the results are certified, demand that the county provide access to such lists.
No. 10
Ask your clerk to immediately resign from the Montana Association of Clerks & Recorders, and our county commissioner to resign from Montana Association of Counties.
Which is a member of the International Association of Government Officials (IGO) which accepts money from ES&S. Membership in those organizations establish a conflict of interest of election clerks being involved in Montana elections as they are overseeing audits of ES&S machines. The Montana Association of Clerks and Recorders lobbied Governor Bullock along with the Montana Association of Counties to issue the unconstitutional emergency order allowing for counties to conduct mail-in voting. Those associations also lobbied to defeat SB335 which would have been a companion bill to eliminate outside money being used to influence Montana elections. Ask your county commissioner to resign from Montana Association of Counties (MACO), because of a conflict of interest in certifying the county elections.
