Since the November 2022 Election, a sort of Political Rapture has been taking place. At lease 32, 633 people have disappeared from the Montana Registered Voter rolls. Did they vote in 2022? Was the election certified with those voters?

Members of the Montana Legislature have signed a letter asking the Attorney General to conduct an investigation into Konnech, an elections software company that developed and operated the state’s online voting portal for military and overseas citizen voters, called the Montana Electronic Absentee System (EAS). The company’s ties with Montana go as far back as 2010. The legislators also asked that the AG notify the Secretary of State and each County Attorney to halt use of the software pending completion of an investigation.

Konnech has had at least one contract with the State Montana as far back as 2010, according to a Blanket Purchase Agreement funded by the Department of Defense. The award paid $91,617 to Konnech, Inc. for “RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR AN ON-LINE WIZARD PROVIDING ABSENTEE VOTING CAPABILITY FOR THE STATE OF MONTANA.”

“I’m told today that perhaps in those days of Conrad Burns, the voter machines may have been rigged to increase votes. One thing is for sure during Conrad Burns’ campaigns colleges had out-of-state students voting, we knew it, and it was an absolute problem, and we tried dealing with it,” said Randy Pinocci, Conrad Burns’ campaign manager, and Montana Public Service Commissioner.

Most of the graphs are just a pictorial representation of that data. Others are from calculations generated from the data. When the data is presented in a graph, it can tell a story – a relationship between the numbers that may not be seen so easily by looking at the raw numbers.

“The election was not counted, it was calculated, and we were on cruise control,” said Draza Smith, an electrical and computer engineer, who formerly worked at Sandia National Labs focusing on Cyber and Grid Security.

In a count commissioned by the Missoula County Republicans and conducted in March of 2022 by County Election Office staff, the Elections Office produced a total of 33 numbered boxes of affirmation envelopes; two more than the County produced on January 4th, 2021!

Large sums of Mark Zuckerberg's money infiltrated 28 of 56 Montana counties in the November 2020 election. According to an official 990 tax return from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), Montana took a total of $2.5 million from the Zuckerberg-funded non-profit.

Missoula County Elections made national headlines earlier this year after a review of ballot signature envelopes from the 2020 General Election conducted in January found that 4,592 out of all 72,491 mail-in ballots—6.33% of the ballots cast in Missoula County in the 2020 General election—did not have matching signature envelopes, a state election law requirement, making it illegal to count those votes.

Former Army Cpt. Seth Keshel, a data analyst who provided testimony to an Arizona lawsuit regarding election integrity brought against Governor Greg Ducey and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, provided his analysis of Montana elections in July. Keshel recently spoke at the Montana Election Integrity Project’s Take Back Montana election analysis event on September 22, where he revealed that Montana was tied with Michigan for second most excess votes in the nation as a percent of total votes cast

Using 2010 US Census data and updated 2019 American Community Survey data from the Census Bureau, Dr. Frank is able to predict not only the voter turnout by age, but voter registration by age. When Frank’s prediction is compared to the actual voter turnout and voter registration by age, it correlates to an unusually high level of accuracy. In the case of Missoula County, and most other of the 55 other counties in Montana, his prediction was correlative to 0.99.​​

On September 22, 2021 more than 500 Montanan’s and a dozen or more legislators including representatives Paul Fielder (HD-13), Lola Galloway (HD-22), Steven Galloway (HD-24), Bob Phalen (HD-36), Amy Regier (HD-6), Matt Regier (HD-4), Jerry Schillinger (HD-37), Derek Skees (HD-11), Brad Tschida (HD-97), and senators Theresa Manzella (SD-44) and Keith Regier (SD-3) attended events in Missoula and Hamilton which featured guest speakers who shared their analysis of Montana’s 2020 General Election.
